OUR TEAM

One thing that sets Prime apart in the construction industry is our employee focus. Even our project staff org chart is upside down! This is because we recognize that it is the laborers and supervisors in the field that get the real work done, building our product and interacting directly with end users on a daily basis; the office personnel—up to and including the president of the company—are merely varying levels of support.

We also believe it would be extremely difficult to maintain a valid team dynamic if turnover were an issue, so we work hard to retain the best workers possible. We have a core of about 30 employees who have each worked for Prime an average of 6 years or more, and most have many years' experience in their various fields.

Obviously there's more to a project team than our own employees. Prime has cultivated an excellent working relationship over the years with our subcontractors, whose disciplines include sitework, metal fab, roofing, masonry, interior finishes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, etc.—subs we know we can rely on for quality workmanship and consistently competitive pricing.

And on the administrative side: the Owner, Construction Manager, Architect, Engineers and other design consultants. Prime supports collaboration across all levels by offering our project partners access to our own Project Management database system via the Internet. This helps to ensure that everyone involved with the project has all critical construction information at their fingertips, anytime they need it.

We consider each job a total team effort, and good communication and collaboration between all partners is essential for the timely and satisfactory completion of every project.
