OUR TEAM

We believe it would be extremely difficult to maintain a valid team dynamic if turnover were a serious issue, so we try to attract and retain the best workers possible. We have a core of about 30 employees who have each worked for Prime for 6-10 years, and most have many more years' experience in their various fields.

Obviously there's more to a project team than our own employees. Prime has cultivated an excellent working relationship over the years with many subcontractors, whose disciplines include sitework, concrete, metal fab, roofing, masonry, interior finishes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, etc.—subs we know we can rely on for quality workmanship and consistently competitive pricing.

And on the administrative side, there are the Owner, Construction Manager, Architect, Engineers and other design consultants. Prime supports collaboration across all levels by distributing information and documentation to all concerned parties immediately as needed, at meetings and as requested. We consider each job a total team effort, and good communication and collaboration between all partners is essential for the timely and satisfactory completion of every project.
