Prime's Project Management team understands the delicate relationship between each of these variables and adjusts them to keep pace with ever-changing project dynamics. Our project support infrastructure is designed to quickly respond to changes in demand for—or availability of—any of these critical points. One of the key advantages we have over the competition is the reliability of time-tested project management techniques, combined with the use of advanced technology, to facilitate rapid dissemination of information across a multiple-site, multiple-project environment.

Our Project Superintendents have the same project management resources at their fingertips on the jobsite as well. They are equipped with and trained in the use of a wide array of technological tools to assist them with managing our projects at the field level. This enables everyone on the project to have instant access to the most current and accurate information possible.

We have also cultivated outstanding working relationships with several quality subcontractors who consistently provide superior workmanship for a fair price and demonstrate the same level of honesty, integrity, and commitment to excellence in their craft as we do. With a large portion of our projects subcontracted, establishing and maintaining these relationships has proven invaluable to the successful completion of Prime's projects.
