Prime

Project Manager
Requirements:
Proven leadership capabilities in managing and leading cross-functional
project teams, especially in the area of defining and achieving goals
while engaging all levels of management, and the ability to strategically
cost-estimate all project initiatives and develop integrated schedules
based upon a thorough evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Review, coordinate, evaluate and interpret all project documents,
information, technical data, changes, clarifications, administrative
requirements, field conditions, etc. in order to ensure clarity and
understanding of scope and requirements during field execution of
the work.

Jobsite Superintendent
Requirements: Know and understand our duties and responsibilities
per the plans and specifications to complete every job with maximum
quality, integrity, and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Provide
field oversight for the actual construction of a project from start
to completion, ensure everyone who works on site meets or exceeds
all safety requirements, promote a positive work environment with
owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and all field personnel.

Project Engineer
Requirements: Work in the field with the project team to coordinate
and clarify plans and specifications, obtain resolution of any conflicts
and inconsistencies through request for information, and coordinate
all drawings, change orders, etc.
Responsibilities:
Submittal
controlestablish requirements, time frames, coordination; review,
obtain approvals required, distribute, follow up, etc. to ensure all
materials are in accordance with contract requirements, are available
when needed, and installation requirements are clear. Monitor all
testing, certification, start up and commissioning, as-built drawings,
verifications, operation and maintenance manuals, notifications, etc.
Assist in planning and scheduling efforts, layout, field inspections,
cost coding, pay requests, invoice approvals, correspondence, quality
assurance, schedule of values, meetings, punch list, safety control,
etc. as needed to successfully execute the contract. |
We
also offer a $1,000 scholarship each year to five (5) area high school
seniors who are enrolling in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
programs at college in the fall, with a possible summer internship at
Prime to get give them lots of practical, hands-on experience. Applications
with essay and reference letters are due April 30th and scholarship award
is made May 15th each year. Good luck!
